TERRY L. BEHM and PATRICIA K. BEHM, husband and wife as
joint owners, conveys to REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF OSHKOSH, a municipal corporation, located in
Winnebago County, Wisconsin, the following described real estate in
Winnebago County, State of Wisconsin:
Lot Fifty-six (56) and the East One-halF (E %) of Lot Fifty-seven (57),
according to the recorded Plat of Algoma, in the Twelfth Ward, in the
City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin, per Leach's Map of
1894, now in the Sixteentb Ward of said City, less and excepting the
following portion of land deeded to the City of Oshkosh for road
purposes: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot Fifty-six (56),
Algoma Addition, which lies on the North line of Oshkosh Avenue;
thence Westerly along the South line of said Lot 56, 44.5 feet; thence
Northeasterly to a point on the East line of Lot 56, which is 935 feet
North of the South line of said Lot 56; thence South along the East line
of said Lot 56 to the point of beginning, all in the Sixteenth Ward, City
of Oshkosh.
Commonly known as 1208 Oshkosh Avenue.
This is not homestead property.
