LiBQ �� 7 RF.At17.1TTmnr pURPOSE: FINAL RESOLUTIOCI - SE'dER & WATER PROGRA:i INITIATED BY: DEPAR'TMENT OF PIIBLiC WORKS WHEREAS, the Common Council of Che City of Oshkosh held a public hearing on the 6th day of November, 1980 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of hearing all intezesie3 persons concernina the prel�inary resolutioa and report oE the City Manager (Board of Public Works) on the proposed �,mprovements consisting of sanitary sewer and c�ater main, pursuant to the initial resolution adopted on October 2, 1980, bp the Oshkosh Gommon Council of the follocnng named strestsa SANITARY SEWE12 RATH LANE - Erom 87 feet north of Omro Road to 336 feet north of Omro Road Easement north of 1844, 185b, 1866, and 1814 Omro Road SANITARY SEWER AND WATER MAIN Easement approximately 650 feet east and parallel with the west line of the �W'� of the SW'� of Section 15-13-16 fYOm Robin Aveaue to Oshkosh Avenue Oshkosh Avenue from Omro Road to approxiuvztaly 850 feet wesLerly of Omro Road NOU, TEIEREFOBE, BE IT RESOLVED bp the Common Council of the Citp of Oshkosh as follows: 1. That the report of the City Manager, acting as the Board of Public Works, pertaining to the construction of the above described public improve- ments, including plans and specifications therefore, is hereby adopted and aporoved ctLth the followinc modificatxons: a. Grace Bartlett property ) b. Father Martin Carr property ) Deferred until c. The Dencur Corporation property ) connection 2. That the action of the City Manager in advertising for bids and to carry out the �.vrk of such �mprovements in accordance *�nth the report of the Cicy Manager and ia accordance wtth the said resolutioa heretofore adopted, is hereby appzoved, ratsfied and con£irmed. 3. That payment for said improvements be made by assessing the cost of the property benefited as indicated in said report, except as modzfied her2in. - 2A- . 4. That benefits and damages shown on the rzport as modified are izue and correct and are hereby confinned. 5. That the assessments for a11 projects included in said report are hereby combined as a single assessment but any interested property owner sha11 be entitled to object [o each assessment separately or both assessments jointly for any purpose or purposes. 6. That the assessments may be paid in cash, oz in installments pursuant to Section 25-83 thru 25-89 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code, said deferred payments to bear interest at the rate of eight percent (8ti) per annum on the unpaid balance. The City Clerk sha11 publish an installment assessment aot�.ce ia accordance with Section 66.54 �7) (e) of the Wisconsin Statutes for 1977 in the official newspaper of the Cityo 7. The City Clerk is directed to publish this resolution in the OS'dKOSH DAILY NORTHWESTERN, the of£icial newsnaper q£ the Cit,. 8. The City Clerk is further directed to mail a copy of this resolutxon to every property owner whose name appears on the assessment roll whose post office address is known or can wtth reasonable diligence be ascertained.
