Cou�encing at a point on the North line of Section 33, T18N,
R16E, said point being approximately 166 feet Westerly of the
North one-qvarter corner of said Section 33; thence Southerly
parallel with and 45 feet easterly of the centerline of an
existing electric transmission line approximately 2052 feet:
EXCEPTING The Railroad Right-of-Way.
Together with the right from time to time to enter upon said premises for the purpose oi erecting
such transmission line and chznging, repairing or removing the same, and the right irom time to time to
