The C�mon Cotmcil of the Gity of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SEGTZON 1. That Section 30-23(B) of the Oshkosh Nhmicipal Code pe a�n�g
to the rules of procedure for the Board of Appeals is hexpby airended to read as
follaas:
(B) lhil.es of Px�ceduire
The Board of Appeals shall adopt rules for its govexnirent and
pzocedurn. Meetinas of the Board of Appeals shall be held at
the call of the Chai.rm3n and at such times as the Board of
Appeals may determine. The Chairnen, or in his absence, the
Actinq Cha;*�*+, may administer oaths and caeQel the attendance
of witnesses. All meetings shall be oFen to the public.
1. An appeal for a variance to the Zoning Ordinance may be £iled
and held only ��e tiires in a� 12 m�nth ceriod.
2. Snouic a cnange in cin��su-�:ces o;:cur withiiz saia i2 �ntix
period which, in the appellant's opinian, change the characl7S
of the appeal, then the appellant shall, in that event:
