A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTION 30-19 OF THE OSHKOS&
MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO YARD REQUI�SENTS IN C-3 CO�RCIAL DISTRICTS.
The Canmon Council of the City of Oshknsh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 30-19 (B)Q3) of the Oshkosh i�funicipal Code per-
taining to yard requirements in C-3 Commercial Districts is hereby created to
read as follows:
(13) Front, rear and side yard requirzments as specified in the C-3 Dis-
trict governing residential uses shall not apply contingent upon the
following conditions:
(a) The residential use is proposed, or currently exists in a com-
mercial structure, e.g., the second story of a commercial
structure.
(b) The structure is either (a) a corner lot, or (b) contiguous o¢
both sides with commercial structures where no front, rear, or
side yard exists. If a froat, rear or side yard exists which
complies in whole or in part with the requirements of the G-3
District, tne yard reqcirement oE the C-3 district sha11 apply.
SECTION 2. That Sectio❑ 30-19 (C)(4) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code per-
taining to Lot Area Exceptions in C-3 Commerclal Districts is hereby crea[ed to
read as follows:
(4) Lots of record at the time of passage of this ordinance within the C-3
District which meet the requirements contained in Section 30-19
(B)(13) of this ordinance shall be exempt from the lot area and width
requirements of the C-3 District.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its nassage and date of publication. �" - ---- ,
