A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AME;IDING SECTION 30-2(b) OF THE
OSE�COSH :IIT.IICIPAL CADE PERTAINING TO ZOVIV6 DISTRICTS.
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 30-2 (b) of the Oshkosh :4unicipal Code pertaining
to Zoaing Districts and the map therein described is hereby amended by adding
thereto the district character of the followina described areas:
SHIRLEY DO ESEL ANNEXATION - Annexed to the 15th Ward on July 19, 1979
A tract oE land in the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 and a part of Government Lot 3
of Fractional Sec. 7, T18N, R17E, Town of Oshkosh, Winnebago County,
Wisconsin, containing 8.058 acres and being descrioed by: Commencing at
the SW corner of said Sec. 7, thence E 1399.45 feet along the S line of the
SW 1/4 of said Sec. 7 to it's interseciion with the extended W line of
Cliff View Court, thence N. 00°-01'-27" E. 699.70 feet, previously recorded
as N 700.00 feet, along the W line oE Clicf View Court to tha NE corner o[
