BE IT 1�'SOLVED by the Comron Coimcil of the City qf Oshkosh that the
schedule of Special Assessments for street i�cQrovements c3iazged against benefited
property shall be amended as follows:
1. Portland cei�nt �ncrete paveirent,
and asphaltic concrete pavenent with
ooncrete c�.u3� and guttes for
pavements 36 feet wide or greater:
2. Asphaltic concrete resisfacing on
streets with existing �ncrete curb
and gutter based on a 36 foot or
grnater width of x�surfacing and a
two-pass resurfacing operation:
3. Asphaltic concrete resurfacing on
streets with existing concrete curb
and guttsr based on a 36 foot or
greater width of resur�aciag and a
one-pass 2surfacing opertion:

5. Grading and Graveling:
$21.20 per lineal foot on eacii

RE TT FURPf�R RESOLVID that there are the following exc�ptions:

6. For any �rner lots, t� assessc�nt rate sha11 be 508 of the long side
as platted, up to a maximisn deduction of 75 lineal feet, pl� 100� of
the short side of the lot as platted.
7. For any lot 200 feet or less in depth abutting on tzao streets, the
assessment rate shall be reduced 508 at the rear lot line.
8. For streets with portland ce�nt con¢ete or asphaltic concrete pavgnent,
when the width of the pa��enent is less than 36 feet, the pa�m.ment
portion of t2�e assessrrent rate snall be reduced by tne actual width: by 36.
9. For asphaltic concz�te resurfacing on streets with existing concrete
ciui� and gutter, when the width of the pavarent is less than 36 feet, the
assesstren*_ rate shall t°e reduoed proportionately to accotmt fo.r the
iesxr widnc �f tne pa�'ecrent.
10. For asphaltic concsete resurfacing with nea concrete cuxb and guttsr,
when the pave�nt is less than 36 feet, the rnsurfacing portion of the
assess�nt rate shall be redu�d by the actual wiclth: by 36.
11. The assessable footage for cul-dc sac lots shall be calculated along :he
25 foot setback line of each lot, the ratss �r lineal foot being the
sa:re as in No. 1 thru 5 above.
