WF�F�AS, the Plan Caimission has certified the project to the Comron Camcil
as prescribed in Wisconsin Statutes, Section 66.43(5)(d); and
[�REAS, three appraisals have been made on the property described as
follaas (comronly kncwn as the Pat Haverty ��h�*+� Shop, Inc.) :
Lot 5, except the North 74.3 feet, also Lot 15,
except the South 2 feet, Block 16, L.M. Miller's
lst Addition, 8th Wazd, City of Oshkosh,
Winnebac,� Coimty, Wis�nsin.
WHEREI�S, a review appxaisal has been submitted to the Commn Council in
accordance with Title 3 of the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property
Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 and requirenents of HUD HancT000k 1376.1; and
wHERE1�5, the property and inb:rest to be acqui.red includes land and
buildings exclusive of equip�nt and fixtuzes, both m�veable and inam�rable;
NUw, TfiEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Co�cnn Coimcil of the City of Oshlaosh
that the Conmon Council certifies that the wo�c of the appraisers and the review
apprai.sal has been perforned in a co�etEnt msnner in accordance with applicable
state laws, the IIniform Act, and L�partirent of Housing and Urtxzn I�velopirent
policies and require�nts;

City officials are hereby authorized and cii.iected ta purchase said p�pes°t� in
that aimimt. Morey for this purpose is hereby appropriated from 1�ca��t No.
331-999, Oshkosh Da�mtaan Re'c�veloF.zrent Etuid.
