of the City of Oshkosh and d=_sires to sell such lands for industrial developr,ent; and

the industrial develo�rent of the City of Oshkosh and having the aeans ard ability
to work tauard the developnent of land ind�trially;

and graveled streets, sanita� sewer and water mains and storm sewers as ncedcd.
The prices for the Southwest Induscrial Park includes ?raded a-ul craveled streeis,
sanitazy sewers, water main and gas aain and storn sewers as needed.
2. (TiAbY:O, a non-oroFit orqanization, a�_�:ees:
1. To atte*`pt to work toward the industri.al development of the land which
is the subject matter of this agreement.
2. To sell land for use percnitted in the M-Zones of the City of Oshko�h
Zoninq Ordinance, and as limited k�y pmtective covenants.
3. To adont protective crovenants for lands sold hereunder. The cocenants
for the Southwxst Industrial Park 5na11, prior to adoption by G3i,tID,
be sutrni.tted to the City of Oshkosh for�zeview. GIAtK,O sha11 cronitnr
the enforcelrent of these mvr_nants and if a breach o�.�cu-s whieh
requires repurchase, then in that event, (�hCO sha11 a:-sign its ric�t
to repurchase to the City of Oshkosh.
