That Section 8-69 of thz Oshk�sh �tunicipal Code pertaining to second hand dealers licenses is hereby ameaclzd to read as follows: SECTION 8-70 i,?CENSE REQUI2ED. No person sha11 buy. for resale or for the use o: precious mecals contained therein any articles oE gersonal property includino, but not limited to, second-hand furniture, household goods, antiques, firear:ns, radios, watches, articles of personal �ewelry and any uther articles of personal property without being specially licensed for such purposes. Nor sna11 such persocx carxy on such husiness at any other ho��.se or place than the one desi.;nate3 in such license nor continue to carry oa. such bssiness after such licea�e may have been revoked. This Article sha11 aot be construed as to require a license for dealers in used automobiles, boats, boat trailers and large appliances such as refri�erators, washers, dryers, etc. SECTION 2.
