The Common Council herebq declares its intention to eaercise its power under Sectiaa 66.60 of the Wisconsin Statutes to levy special assessmenta upoa property within the follocring described areas for benefits conferred upon �ch property by improving the follocring named streets, said public i.mproveoteat to 3nclude the following: CONCRETE PAVING GREENFIELD TRAIL from West 9th Avenue to Cumberland Trail HERITAGE TRAIL from West 9th Aveaue to Ardmote Trail HERITAGE COURT from Heritage Trail west to end CRANE STREET fran Wilson Avenue north to city park entrance WISCANSIN STREET from West Bent Avenue to West Aturdock Avenue WAUKAU AVENUE from Waugun Road to Orego¢ Street BADGER ADENUE from Washlum Street westerly 2150 feet 2. Said improvemen[s sha11 consist of concrate paving as described above and appurtenant work with conczete curb and gutter on both sifies of the street at a grade heretofore established by special ordinance oE the City of Oshknsh. 3. Before such improvements are made, the Board of Public Works is directed to cause water and sewer service pipes to be laid in said streets from the mains to the curb line of each lot fronting on the sairi streets and to keep an accurate account of the expense incurred in front of each lot and report the same ta the Comptroller who shall cause the amount charoed to each lot to be entered on the tax roll as a special tax against said road, provided, however, that the Board of Public Works sha11 not cause such laterals to be so laid for asJ pazL;.�ular lut, or parc�: :inera, ia t:�a �pi.aioa c£ tne Bvard uE 2uo11e Works, it would be impractical to do so. 4. The total amount assessed againat such district sha11 not exceed the total cost of the improvements and the amount assessed against any parcel sha11 not be greater than the benefits accrued thereto fraa said improvements. 5. The assessments against any parcel may be paid according to the prwisions of Section 25-83 thru 25-89 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code. of: 6. The Board of Public Works is directed to prepare a report consisting (a) Final plans and specifications for said improvements. (b) An estimate of the entire cost of the i.mprovements and laterals. (c) An estimate as to each parcel of property wlthin the assessment districi of: -7A- (1) The assessment of benefits to be levied for each improvement. (2) The damages to be awarded for property taken or damages by each improvement. (3) The net amount of benefits wer damages or of damages over benefits fot each improvement. Upon completioa of such report, the Board of Public Works is directed to file a copy thereof in the City C1erk's Office for publlc inspaction. 7. Bpon receiving the report of the Board of Public Works, the City Clerk ia directed to give notice of a public hearing on such reports as specified in Section 66.60 (7) of the Wisconsin Statutes. The hearing shall be held by the Board of Public Works at the Council Chambers in the City Hall at a time aet bp the Clerk in accordance �rith Section 66.60 (7) of the Wisconsin StaNtes. S.
