Wf�l�'.�LS, the Cr�nccnn Co:mcil of the CiLy o£ Oshkosh held a public hearing on the
7th day of May 1980 at 7:00 for the purpose of hearing all interested persons
concerning the prelilninary resolutions and reports of the City Manager (Board
of Public Works) on the proposed iir�rove�nts wnsisting of the asphaltic conc�te
gaving with r�ew curb and gutter and asphaltic concrete overlay - single pass
o�ration with curb and gutter and appurtenant work pursuant to resolution
ac�pted on March 5, 1981 by the Oshkosh Coincon Cow'icil of the follaaing naned
streets:

NOW, THEREF'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Comron Cotmcil oi the City of Oshkosh as
follows:
i. lnat ci:e report ot rlhe ia.ty iKanager, acting as tt,e Board or Pubiic
Works, pertaining to the cronstruction of the above described public i.npmve-
ments, inclu3i:ng plans and specification therefore, is hereby adoptecl and approved
with the following irodifications:

2. That the action of the City Manac,�r in advertising for bids and to cazzy
out the work oE= such i�rovements in acoordan� with the report of the City
Manager and in accordance with the said resolutions heretofore adopted, is hereby
approved, ratified and confir�d.
3. That payccent for said i�rover�ents be made by assessing the cost of
the property bc�nefited as indicated in said report, except as nmiified herein.
4. That the benefits and damages shawn on the report as modified are
tnie and correct and are hereby confirmed.

5. That the assessments for all projects incluced in said report are
hereby croabined as a single assessment but any interested property awner shall
be entitled to object to each assessccent separately or both assess�rents jointly
for any purpose or purposes.
6. That the assessments may be paid in cash, or in instal]srents pursuant
to Section 25-83 thsu 25-89 of the Oshkosh Mimicipal Code. Said deferred pay-
�nts to bear interest at the rate of eight percent (88) per anniun on the �mpaicl
balance. The City Clerk shall publish an instal]�nt assessment �tice in amozd-
an� wi.th Section 66.54 (7) (e) of the wisoansi.n Statutes for 1979 in the off-i.cial
r�aspaper of the City.
7. �ne City Clerk is directed to publish this resolution in the offic;a�
newsgaFJ2L of the City, the C6HKC6A DAILY NOKCHWESTERI.
