Wf�REAS, the owners of the property waived notice of special assessrtent and
hearing puisuant to Wiswnsin Statutes, Sec. 66.60 and 66.64, for the puipose
of hearing all interested persons conoerninq the prelimina*rv resolution
and report of the City Manager (Board of Public Works) on the proposed

NOW, THEREEUI�E, BE IT RESOLVED by the Co�ron Colmcil of the City of Oshkosh
as follaas:
1. That the report of the City Manager, acting as the Board of Public
Works, �r+a;n;.,q to the construction of the above described public iucg�row.srents,
including plans and specifications therefore, is hereby adopted and approved
with the follaaing m�difications:

2. That the action of the City Manager in advertising for bids and to
cLarzy out the work of such i�roveirents in accordance with the report of

3. That payccent for said i�roveirents be made by assessing the oost
of the property benefited as indicatecl in said report, except as m�dified
herein.

are tn�e and wrrect and are hereby confir�rnd.
5. That the assessments for all pmjects included in said report
are hereby cocrbined as a single assessment but any interestsd property a,rner
shall be entitled to object to each assessment separately or both assessments
jointly for any ptupose or puLposes.

6. That the assessirents may be paid in cash, or in installm°nts
pursuant to Section 25-83 thru 25-89 of the Oshkosh Mtim_icipal Code. Said
de£erred payrt�lts to bear interest at the rate of eight percent (8�) per
anrnun on the �paid balance. The City Clerk shall publish an instai �,i,Pnt
assess�nt notice in accordance with Section 66.54(7)(e) o£ the Wisconsin
Statutes in the official newspaper of the City.
7. The City Clerk is directed to publish this resolution in the
of£icial newspaper of the City, the OSHKC�H DAILY NOKIi�WE5TERN.
8. The City Clerk is further directed to mail a copy of this resolution
to evezy praperty owner whose name appears on the assessirent roll whose
post offi� address is ]maan or can with reasonable diligence be ascertained.
