Home My WebLink About31373 / 81-01June 4, 1981 # 1 RESOLUTION PURPOSE: FINAL RESOLUTION - 1981 SEALCOATING PROGRAM INITIATED BY: DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly held on Sune 4, the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh as to whether of certain streets proposed to be done in 1981 should be a± 3 CQS � t0 tha n.�n 2� � C:v1e� � r��-k� }' 1981 before sealcoating perfromed NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that special charges for current services for sealcoating the streets listed on the attached notice be levied against the �utting property according to the attached drawings which are hereby adopted and approved with the following modifications: DELETE THE FOLiAWIIVG: 1. A. Rugby Street - W. llth Avenue to Osborne Avenue g, Lombard Avenue - Sullivan Street to N. Westfield Street �. Coolidge Avenue - Bauman to Josslyn St, D. Dakota Street — W. 5th Avenue to W. 8th Avenue E. F. G. x. 2. That the charges to be made against the abutting properting for current services under Section 66.60 (16) o£ the Wisconsin Statutes shall be an amount equal to the cost of such services, but not exceeding th e sum of 58C per front foot on streets or the sum of 29C per front foot on alleys. 3. That t::a cos� to :,s �:azyeu �c corner iacs snaii be as foiiows: the full cost thereof with a deduction of 50� on the front footage on the long side of the corner lot providing that this deduction shall not apply to that portion of the corner lot which extends beyond 150 feet of depth. This deduction for corner lots shall be based upon how the property was platted, except where the platted corner lots are subdivided, the deduction shall be based on ownership. 4. That for all parcels of land under one ownership which extend from a street to a parallel street (where said streets are located within 200 feet of each other), the current service charge for seal- coating on each such street adjacent to such property shall be at 75� of the normal charge. 5.
