GF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE LIMITING THE NUMBER OF DOGS.
The Cor.imon Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTIOP7 1. That Section 6-6.1 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code
limiting the number o£ dogs is hereby created to read as follows:
(A) Zt.shal.l be unlawful for any person or persons to
harbor or keep more than two (2) dogs per dwelling
unit on any premises within the City, with the
exception that a litter of pups, or a portion of a
litter, may be kept for a period of time not exceed-
ing six (6) months from birth.
(B) The provisions of this Section shall not apply to any
properly licensed commercial kennel, pet store, pet
grooming establishment or animal hospital.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in £ull force and effect
from and after its passage and date of publication.
