At the time they made the decision, two of the windows had already been installed at the height shown on our drawings. In order to expedite the project we asked you for a verbal quote that same day. You responded with an addition of $576.00. We called Mr. Larry Phillip at EDA, in Chicago, and he verbally approved the change. Original drawings aheets A-8, and A-10 indicate "No new work in this area". The Owner has indicated that the fuel dispensing system will now be relocated to a different area of the property. As a result of this move, they will demolish the existing masonry enclosure around the dispensing area. Please submit a proposal in breakdown form on your letter- head as follows: 1. Owner will remove existing masonry enclosure including the existing roof system, the far east exterior door, all fueling systems, and all conduit pipe, etc. from the existing main building into this area to be demolished. 2. Fluor to remove existing sheetmetal door and steel frame from existing main building to thia area.
