Industrial Park in the City of Oshkosh, and
WFg.REAS, UniveYSal Fbuncliy Company would like said mad to servioe their
prooerty,
NOW, TF�i�FC)RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Coinron Council of the City of Oshkosh,
that the proper City of£icials are hereby authorized and directed to trade
Paroel "A" to Universal Founclry for Parcel "B" on the attached m�p herein
m�rked E�'�'it A, and is further directed to amend the official map sheets
mmi�ered 14D (13th Ward) , shcs�ring a 66 ft. mad as indicated on the attached
E�ibit A fmm State Tnuilc Hic�way 44 to its northerly terminus.
SE IT FUKPfIER FtESOLVF'�D, that the City is authorized and directed to purchase
from Universal Foundsy ,9$7 acres of land at a purchase price of $10,000/acre
for purposes of constructing this road.
HE IT FURPFIER RESOLVED that the pmper City officials a*e hereby authorized and
direct�d to oonstruct said road as described herein on attached E�ibit A
in the City of Oshkosh.
BE IT FUFiTfIER RESOLVED that the proper City officials are hereby authorized
and directed to pay appropriate crop damage to the tenant on said land and
said crop damage to be determined by the County Agricultaral Agent.
