Fd�1�715, rn,rcuant to Section 66.296(2) of the Wisconsin Statutes for
]980, the C�ron Cotmcil has heretofore initiated pxoceedings on Sune 18, 1981,
at a rngular meeting of the C.cmaron Cotmcil to �racate and discontinue the
follaaing described stseet:
That portion of the Cu1-de-sac at the South End of Doctors

That part of the West 1/2 of the SOUPH EAST 1/4 of Section 12
Ti8N, R16E, and of Tracts "2" and "3" according to CE�'g"IED
SURVEY NL�P filed in Volime 1 of S�vey Maps on Page 167 as
Docament No. 489652, all in the 15th Ward, City of Oshkosh,
deseribed as follaas:
Zhat prtion of the cul-de-sac lying west of the extended west
line of Doctors Court, and that part of the cu]-de-sac lying
east of the extended east line of Doctors Coist.
WHEi2EAS , a public hearing on the passage of such resolution has been
set by the Cac¢ron Cotmcil, which heari.ng was set for 7:00 P.M. in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall, Oshkosh, Wisconsin, on the 6th day of August, 1981,
and written notice of such meeting was duly servecl on the aaners of all of the
frontage of the lots and lands abutting upon that portion thereof sought to
be disoontin�d as provided by law; and
Wf�RE'.AS, a public hearing was duly held pursuant to said notice at th�
tiire and plaoe therefore affixed and all pexsons so served and interested were
then and there given an opportimity to be heard; and

and di.swntinuance and map mvering the proposed vacation was duly filed in the
office of the Registex of Deeds for Winnebago County as required by the Wisconsin
Statutes; and

zesolution are a11 in the 15th Ward, City of Oshkosh, the description of said
str�t heretofore set out in this sesolution.

Oshkosh that it is hereby declared that s:.nce public interest *��ires it, the
follaaing described street in the 15th Wazd, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago Coimty,
wiswnsin, is heseby vacated and dis�nti.nued, reserving imto the City of
Oshkosh the right to maintain, service, repais, add or replace all sani.taLy
sewer, storm sewer, water and gas ��n� and fittings in said vacated street:
