The described riser is located beneath Linwood Avenue approximately 130 Peet east of Algoma Blvd. and 134 west of Hamilton St. in the city of Oshkosh. Th° reason for the above dedication is so that my neighbor Charles Stusek can connect to the riser and, thereby, avoid incurring the extremely high cost of connecting to the sever main which is approximately 23 feet deep at this location. This matter has been discussed by hir. Stusek with Jack Snyder and Marvin Higley and is acceptable to them. Sin re1y, --. George F P:cBri ar =. _r- z : ss COilVERS£ C.
