The Common Council of the City of Oshlcosh do ordain as follows: SECTION 1. That Section 30-2(b) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to Zoning Districts and the map therein described is hereby amended by adding thereto the district character of the following described areas: SOUTHWEST INDUSTRIAL PARK 0�1 ANNEXATION - Annexed to the 14th Ward on September 20, 1979 That part of the south 1/2 of SE 1/4 of Sec. 28-18-16 and the NE 1/4 of Sec. 33-18-16, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin bounded and described as follows: Co�encing at the SW corner of Sec. 28-18-16, thence E along the S line of Sec. 28-18-16 to the Sly line of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul Railroad right-of-way being the place of beginning, thence A71y along the Sly line of said Railroad right-of-way to the intersection of the Wly right-of-way line of U.3.
