PURPOSE: PURCHASE OF LAND FOR SOUTHWEST lNDUSTRIAL PARK
ItJIT1ATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION
WHEREAS, the City of Oshkosh has a need far additionat land in the
Southwest fndustrial Park, and
WHEnEAS, Robert 8rayion has indicated a wiilingness ta set7 approx-
imateiy 4u acres to 6e determined by survey at a purchase price of $6,OOG

annum, the City to pay annuatiy interese ano 105; of the principal for the
next succeeding 10 years, on a i0-year Land Contract providing that the
City wili receive clear title to any iand it wouid se11 prior to the termin-
ation of the Lanci Contract upon payment of the $6,OG0 per acre for said
land,
NOW, iHEiiEFORE, 8E iT RESOLVE�i by ihe Common Gouncil of the City of Gsh-
kosh that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to
enter into an appropriate Land Contract encompassing the above-described
conditions with Robert Brayton.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that money for this purpose is hereby appropriated
from Account No. 775-107, Southwest Industriat Park, Land Account.
