Asphaltic concrete resurfacing on streets with existing concrete curb and gutter based on a 36 foot or greater width of resurfacing and a one-pass resurfacing operation: 3. Asphaltic concrete resurfacing with ne.r concrete curb and gutter based on a 36 foot or greater width: $2i.�0 per lineal foot on eacn side of tihe street, less any assessment previously paid for grading and graveling, broken docm as follows: $6.80 for curb costs 2nd $14.40 for portland cemeqt concrete pavement. $6.20 per lineal foot on each side of the street. $14.20 per lineal foot on each side of the street for concrete curb and gutter broken do��n as foL�WS: $7.48 for curb and gutter and $6.72 for street resurfacing. 4. Grading and Graveling: $5.00 per lineal foot on each side of the street. BE IT FURTfiER RF.SOLVED thac there are the followiag exceptions: 5. For any corner lots, the assessment rate snall be 50% of the long side as platted, up eo a maximum deduction of 75 lineal feet, plus 100% of the short side of the lot as platted. 6. For streets with portland cement concrete or asphaltic concrete pave- ment, when the width of the pavement is less than 36 feet, the pave- ment portion of the assessment rate shall be reduced by the actual width: by 36. 8. For asphaltic concrete resurfacing on streets with e:cisting concrete curb and gutter, when the width of the pavement is less than 36 feet, the assessment rate shall be reduced proportionately to account for the lesser iridth of the pavenent. 9. For asphaltic concrete resurfacing with new concrete curb and gutter, when the'pavement is less than 36 feet, the resurfacing portion of the assessment rate shall be reduced by the actual width: by 36. 10. 'TEie assessable footage for cul-de-sac lots suall be calculated along the 25 foot setback line of each lot, the rates per lineal foot being the same as in No. 1 thru S above. BE ZT F[7RTHER RESOLVED that the cost of sewer and water mains and laterals is hereby amended as followa: 11. Sanitary sewer main: 12. Water main: 13. 4 inch sewer laterals and 1 inch wat er laterals: • i $0.055 per square foot. $0.060 per square foot. $530.00 per lateral, but laterals larger than 4 inches for sewer and 1 inch for water shall be assessed at the estinated cost.
