PURPOSE: APPROVE STOR.�i SEWER EASEMENT FROM BRIDGEVIEW
CENTER ASSOCIATES
INITIATED BY: DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
PLAN COI�4ffSSI0N RECOl�PiENDATION: APPROVED 5-0
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the proper
City officials are hereby authorized and directed to accept from Bridgeview
Center 4ssociates the storm sewer easement upon the following described
lands:
A strip of land 20 feet wide with 10 feet on either side of
the following described centerline:
Co�encing at the intersection of the north line of West Fourth
Avenue, and the east line of Ohio Street, thence southerly along
the east line of Ohio Street 21.1 feet to the point of true beginning;
thence N. 84°10' E. 44.7 feet, thence N. 21°40' E. 111.4 feet,
thence N. 43°00' E. 90.0 feet, thence N. 33°OS' 28" E. 521.0 feet, i
Chence N. 40°33'28" E. 175 t feet to the 1911 U.S. Dock Line.
All being in the 6th Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County,
Wisconsin.
