BE TT RESOLVEll by the Comraon Council o: the City of Oshkosh that the following,
attached Relocation Order with regard to the Stoney Beach area is hereby
adopted.

RELOCATION ORDER
CITY OF OSHKOSH, WISCONSIN
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh,
as follows:
1. That this resolution is a Relocation Order in accordance
with Section 32.05(1) of the Wisconsin Statutes for the purpose of
commencing the following described Stoney Beach area sanitary sewer
and water main project and is also a determination of necessity for
that project in accordance with Section 32.07(2) of the Wisconsin
Statutes.
2. That the City of Oshkosh hereby determines that it is
necessary and a public purpose to extend said sanitary sewer and
water main to the Stoney Beach annexation area in the City of Oshkosh,
Wisconsin.
3. That said sanitary sewer and water main extension will be
constructed within the shaded area as set forth in the maps that are
attached to this Relocation Order as Exhibits A and B and are incor-
porated herein.
4. That the legal description of the site of said sanitary
sewer and caater main are attached hereto as Exhibit "C" and are also
incorporated herein.
5. That the City of Oshkosh will acquire a permanent sanitary
sewer and water main easement and a temporary construction easement in
the area described in EKhibit "C" f.rom the prooerty o:oners.

6. That the proper City officials are hereby authorized and
directed to commence the necessary and proper proceedings pursuant to
Sec. 32.05 of the Wisconsin Statutes to acquire the aforementioned
interests in said described land.
Passed and approved this day of May, 1982.
I hereby certify that on this day of May, 1982, that the
within Relocation Order was adopted by a vote of ayes and
nays by the City Council of the City of Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
