All risk of loss or damige to perishable or fragile property shall be borne by the Lessee. 4. Lessee m�y ternti.nate this Lease at any tiire by paying the rental then d� and payable and any applicable tenm.nation fee and retroving said pro?erty from the storage vault oi Lessor. In case of su:,h terntination a fraction of a ironth shall be �nsidered to Ix a full cronth in detes�ning the rent due. The Lessor shall have the rignt to texr.dnate this agreeimnt w�on thirty (30) days �aritten noti� tn the Lessee, and if the Lessee shall fail to rem�ve the nroperty uoon the exoiration of fifteen (15) days from t�e effective date of. such notice, then a11 liability of the Lessor shall cease and determine.
