The Common Council hereby declares its intention to exercise its power under Section 66.60 of the LJisconsin Statutes to levy special assessments upon property within the following described area for benefits conferred upon such property by improvement of the following named streets, said public improve- filc:i�L SiiBi� CC�SiSC Of iFE if15L3��:;LtC^ vf sanitary se�.yer 8^,'� Y.3�Cf ^7Ji!1 cs h0r°j!1- after listed: A. SANITARY SEWER AND WATER MAIN Sycamore Street from 357 feet south of W. 5th Avenue to W. 7th Avenue B. WATER MAIN W. 7th Avenue from 135 feet west of Lilac St. to Sycamore Street C. STORM SEWER W. 7th Avenue from 135 feet west of Lilac Street to Sycamore Street 2. The total amount assessed against such district shall n3t exceed the totaY cost of the improvement and the amount assessed against any parcel shall not be greater than the benefit accruing thereto from said improvements. 3. The assessments a9ainst any parcel may be paid according to the provisions of Section 25-$3 thru 25-$9 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code. of: 4. Initial Reso. for Sanitary Sewer, Water Main 6 Storm Sewer - Cont'd. for each improvement. taken or damages or of damages over Upon completion of such report, the Board of Public Works is directed to file a copy thereof in the City Clerk's office for pubtic inspection. 5- Upon receiving the report of the Board of Public Works, the City Clerk is directed to give notice of a public hearing on such reports as specified in Section 66.60(7) of the Wisconsin Statutes. The hearing shall be held by the Board of Public Works at the Council Chambers in the City Hall at a time set by the Clerk in accordance with Section 66.60(7) of the Wisconsin Sta:utes. 6. The Wisconsin Public S�rvice Corporation of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, is hereby required to install gas mains in said streets and service laterals at such intervals as the Board of Public Works shall direct, said work to be completed prior to the improvement of said street, the City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of this resolution to said corporation forthwith. 7. The Board of Public 4lorks and the proper City officials shall do alt things r�ecessary so as to complete the installation of storm sewers in said streets prior to the improvements thereof, if necessary. 8. The installation of said street improvements shall be accomplished according to the provisions of Section 25-3 thru 25-11 of the Oshl:osh Municipal Code.
