WEiEREAS, the Co�on Council o£ the City of Oshkash held a public hearing on
the 20th day of May, 1982, at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of hearing all inter-
ested persons concerning the preliminary resolutions and reports of the Citq
Manager (Board of Public Works} on the proposed improvements consisting of the
portland cement concrete paving with concrete curb and gutter and appurtenant
wor?c pu�s;�-tnt to resolution adopted on February 18, 1982, by the Oshkosh Common
Counci2 of t�e fol.loving named streets:

Rush_Avenue from Josslyn Street to Nortli Eagle Street

West Linwood Avenue from Vinland Street to Jackson Street
Coolidge Avenue fram North Sawyer Street to Bauman Street
Dakota Street from West 6th Avenue to West 9th Avenue
Nortfi Main Street from Libbey Avenue to Snell Road
Medalist Drive from Waukau Avenue to West 34th Avenue
West 34tfi Avenue from Medalist Drive to Marvel Drive

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED fiy the Co�on Council of the City of Oshkosh as
follows:
1. That the report of the City Manager, acting as the Board of Public
Works,,pertaining to the construction of tfie above described public improvements,
including plans and specifications therefor, is hereby adopted and approved with
the following modifications:
a, Amend street sizes on Rush Avenue pavinq from 36' to 32'
b, and charges thereon.
c.
2. That the action of the City Manager in advertising for bids and
to carrq out the work of such improvements in accordance with the report of the
City Manager and in accordance witIi the said resolutions heretofore adopted, is
hereby approved, ratified and confirmed.
3. That payment for said improvements be made by assessing the cost
of the property benefits as indicated in said report, except as modified herein.
4. That the benefits and damages shown on the report as modified are
true and correct and are here6y confirmed.

5. Tfiat the assessments for all projects included in said report are
herehy combined as a single assessment hut any interested property owner shall
be entitled to object to each assessment separately or both assessments jaintly
for any purpose or purposes.
6. That the assessments may be paid in cash, or ia installments
pursuant to Section 25-83 th=u 25-84 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code. Said deferred
paymeats to bear interest at the rate of ten perceat (10%) per annum on the unpaid
balaace. The City Clerk shall publish an installment assessment notice in accordance
vith Section 66.54(7�(e) of the Fttsconsin Statutes for 1480 in the official aews-
paper of the Ctty.

official nesiapaper o£ tfi.e City, tfie OSHKpSA. DAIU7C NO�;HWESTERN.
