PURPOSE: GRANT EASEMENT TO WISCONSIN TELEPHONE COMPANY
INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION
PLAN COhAffSSION RECOMMENDATION:
BE IT RESOLVED hy the Co�on Council of the City of Oshkosh that the proper
City officials are hereby authorized and directed to grant the following
easement to Wisconsin Telepfione Company for underground cable and wires:
(1) That part of Lots 10, il, an3 12 Block 92 of the Original
Third Ward now the Sixth War3 and the northeasterly one
_ fialf of vacated Texas Street, as described in the Winnebago
County Registry in Document Number 559321. Also that part
of Lot 2 and the northwesterly one half of vacated Texas
Street lying easterly of Wisconsin Street as described ia
the Winnebago County Registry in Document Number 532463,
Wakeman and Dickmans Replat.
(2) The southeasterly 750 feet of that part of Government Lots
1 and 2 lying westerly of Wisconsin Street as described in _
the Winnebago County Registry in Document Number 532463, being
a part of the soutfieast quarter of the northwest quarter of
Section 23, Township 18 North, Range 16 East. Sixth Ward.
