WLLAMS iooa.oe• Re: Paving of Nicolet Avenue from Bowen Street to Harrison Street Yesterday I received Notice of Hearing for sealcoating Nicolet Avenue from Bowen Street to Harrison Street. Prior to proceeding with sealcoating the street, we would like to request that consideration be given to the installation of concrete curb and asphalt street or concrete street as this is a heavily traveled street which has a narrow, dangerous culvert on same. We are filing a Petition to pave the street with the City Clerk today, and will be happy to contact the other property owners to see if the street could be properly ' improved as it is now the worst street in Oshkosh. Therefore, we would like be very much in favor or and would be happy to pay RFW:dmc to object to sealcoating, but would installation of a permanent street our share for same. Thank you. cc: Mr. Converse C. Marks City Clerk Mr. William Freuh City Manager Common Council, City of Oshkosh, City Hall . W *;i .: _;a ; Very truly yours, Russell F. Williams " .
