A 6ENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH REPEALING SECTION 4-28 AND AMENDING
SECTION 4-1 OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO ALCOHOLIC AND FERMENTED
MALT BEVERAGE VIOLATIONS
The Co�on Council of the C3ty of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 4-28 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining
to the fermented malt beverage regulation is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. That Section 4-1 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining
to liquor and fermented malt beverage regulation is hereby amended to read
as follows:
SECTION 4-1
Except as otherwise specifically provided, the provisions of Chapter
125 of the Wisconsin Statutes which pertain to the regulation of in-
toxicating liquor and fermented malt beverages are hereby adopted and
by reference made a part of this Chapter as if fully set forth herein,
and wherever a specific subsection of Chapter 125 is referred to here-
in, the same shall apply, whether subsequently amended or renumbered.
All references in Chapter 4 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code to Chapters
176 and 66 of the Wisconsin Statutes are hereby amended to refer to
the applicable sections of Chapter 125.
SECTION 3. Tfiis ordin2nce shall be in full ferce and effect from and
after July 1, 1982.
