PURPOSE: AUTHORZZE CONTRACT WITH STATE OF WISCONSIN
INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Co�on Council of the City of Oshkosh that the
proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to enter into an
appropriate agreement with the State of Wisconsin, Department of Adminis-
tration to lease the area on the first floor of City Hall formerly occupied
by the Police Department to the Bureau of Community Corrections.

As a follow-up to our meeting with you Tuesday, we are prepared to submit
a lease to the City for space in the City Hall (formerly occupied by the
Police Department). We would request a three year lease at $6.00 per square
foot on the net 1,046 square feet, plus an escalator clause to cover any
increases in costs such as electric and heating.
Lease to include seven parking spaces, and remodelling according to attached
plan. A two year renewal option would be added, with rate to be negotiated.
Will you please review this, and if agreeable, present it to the City
Council or appropriate co�ittee. If you have any questions please call me.
We would then have tteState Leasing Officer send you the usual State lease
for signature.
