We would request a three year lease at $6.00 per square foot on the net 1,046 square feet, plus an escalator clause to cover any increases in costs such as electric and heating. Lease to include seven parking spaces, and remodelling according to attached plan. A two year renewal option would be added, with rate to be negotiated. Will you please review this, and if agreeable, present it to the City Council or appropriate co�ittee. If you have any questions please call me.
