PURPOSE: AUTHORIZE AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH OSHItOSH COT4SERCI2S,
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINZSTRATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Co�on Council of the City of Oshkosh that the
proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to enter inco the
following attached amendment to the agreement between the City of Oshkosh
and the Oshkosh Co�ercial Development Corporation and Oshkosh Association
of Manufacturers and Commerce, said agreement dated May 7, 1982.
BE IT FURTH�R RESOLVED that money for this purpose is hereby appro-
priated from Account Nos. 321-960 an3 321-91E.

Marketing Study - OCDC
OCDC's New Business Committee recomnended that a retail market
study be done to provide us with a target list of potential ten-
ants to fill vacancies in the Central Susiness District.
Howard L. Green & Associates will survey 400 shoppers, 400 people
by telephone, analyze site characteristics of our CBD and analyze
census data.
From this, they will draw up an appropriate and specific "tenant
mix" for our CBD.
We then will be able to initiate recruiting efforts at specific
types of retail with current data to support their growth poten-
tial in Oshkosh.
