Howard L. Green & Associates will survey 400 shoppers, 400 people by telephone, analyze site characteristics of our CBD and analyze census data. From this, they will draw up an appropriate and specific "tenant mix" for our CBD. We then will be able to initiate recruiting efforts at specific types of retail with current data to support their growth poten- tial in Oshkosh. Name of Firm: Howard L.
