That the report of the C� Works, pertaining to.t constr ion ments, including plans d sp icat approved with the follow ng� ific�ai a. b. c. to Harrison Street east of Mason StreE Co�on Council, of the City of �r, acting as the Board of Public the above-described public improve- therefor, is hereby adopced aad 2. That the action of the City Manager in advertising for bids and to carry out the work of such•improvements in accordance with the repozt of the City Manager and in accordance with the said resolutions heretofore adopted, is hereby approved, ratified and confizmed. 3. That the benefits and damages shown on the report as modified are true and correct and are hereby confirmed. S. That the assessmeats may be paid in cash, or in installments pur- suant to Section 25-83 and 25-89 of the Oshkr,sh Municipal Code. Said de- ferred payments to bear interest at the rate of ten percent (10$) per annum on the unpafd balance. The City Clerk sha11 publish an installraent assess- nznt notice ia accordance with Section 60.54(7)(e) of the Wisconsin Statutes for 1980 in the official newsp2per of the City. 7. The City Clerk is directed to publish this resolution ia the offi� cial newspaper of the City, the OSHROSH DAILY NORTfiWESTERN. 8.
