P�IARKS, CITY CIERK CITY OF OSHI{OSH r� AUGUST 19� 198z �/17 RESOLUTION (CARRIED LOST iil��ZoYl�.i WITHDRAWN ) PIIRPOSE: TRANSFER OF PROPERTY TO OSHKOSH AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT INITIATED SY: ADMINISTRATION WHEREAS, the Oshkosh Area School Board, pursuant to Section 117.043(2)(a), adopted a resolution aboli:shing the city school district and creating a unified school district; and WHEREAS, the time ior petitioaing are£erendum has ex�.ired; and WHEREAS, it is necessary pursuant to Section 120.58 of the Wisconsin Statutes that the school property presently titled in the City oi Oshkosh be transferred to the newly created unified schoal district. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the �Riscal-Control Board of the Joint City of Oshkosh School District)that all`school property presently held by the City of Oshkosfi be transferred to the Oshkoah Area School District. Be it further resolved that said transfers shall become acknowledged upon receipt by the City from the school district sufficient honds or Promissory Notes to pay the outstanding indebtedness against said school property.
