Upon checking our records I found two instances of arrests for violation of tavern closing hours and one arrest for allowing a minor to loiter in a tavern. The hours violations dated back to 1977 and the minor violation occurred on 6-10-81. A copy of the later complaint and arrest are attached. In liqht of the recent difficulties we have ex- perienced with minor drinking violations, I felt this was suf- ficient cause for disapproval. itespect submitted, .- a" , i `-_.-- _--c. `Jay D.
