WfiEREAS, an annexation petition fullp circulated has heretofore been signed by the owners of more thaa SOX of Cfie land in the area within such territo=y, and a majority of the electors residing in said territory, notice of intention to circulate an annesation petition for direct annexation having been duly publisfied, and a copy of said notice vith a scale map reasonably showing the boundaries of the area sought to be annexed and its relation to the municipalities involved, hav3ag been duly served upon the affected munici- pal and school district clerks and the Director of the Planning Function, Department of Resource Development, State of Wisconsin, vithin five (5) days of the date of publication of said notice, adoption oE this ordinance shall coastitute acceptance of the petition of annexatioa, and WHEREAS, more than twenty (20) days have lapsed since the publication of the notice of intention to circulate such annexation petition and not more than one hundred twenty (120) days have lapsed since the filing of the annesa- tion petition, and WHEREAS, The Director of Planning Function of the Department of Resource Development of the State of Wisconsin has issued his opiniaa tt�at the annexa- tion is not contrary to the public interest, and 4IHEREAS, the Plan Coffiission of the City of Oshkosh has recoffiended that tfie said property be temporarily zoned as follows: R-1B SINGLE FAI�ffLY RESIDENTIAL; R-2 T470 FArIILY RESIDENTIAL; C-2 LIGHT COP4�fERCIAL; and 1�3 HEAVY INDUSTRIAL, AS PE& ATTACHED MAP NOW, THEREFORE, the Co�on Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows: SECTION 1. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full torce and effect from and after its passage. SECTION 4.
