This land is the most northeasterly 30' s 153.41` strip owned by Tower West Enterprises. It had originally been retained so as to avoid a landlocked situation. This 30' strip is now being traded to Fox Valley Cardiovascular Associates for a 3Q' strip to the south, so the landlocked problem will not arise. As I recall, the City's approval of the Bank's partial release is necessary. Could you kindly place on the agenda of the City Council a resolution approving this partial release and authorizing Converse Marks to certify to the same. I am enclosing Tower West Enterprises' Certification that this strip is not needed for the operation of the pledged property for your records. Should you have any questions or feel that my presence before the City CounciI is necessary, please advise.
