IF 7 RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the City
approves of and accepts the dedication of the street described below:
Jamas Steiner to �ity of Cshnosh fa= Streat Pur�.oses:
A part of Government Lot 4 in Fractional Section 36, and a part of the private
road of Lake Rest Manor of the Replat of Lake Rest Manor, and a part of Lots
1, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 of Block Two of the Replat of Lake Rest Manor, and
a part of Lots 1, 17, 16, 15, 14, 12 and 13 of Block Three of the Replat of
Lake Rest Manor all in Township 18 North, Range 16 East, 14th Ward, City of
Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin and being described by: Commencing at
the South � corner of said Section 36, thence N. 89°57'17" E. 466.07 feet
along the South line of said Government Lot 4, thence N. 22°03'S1" W. 26.70
feet to the Southwesterly corner of Block Three of said Replat of Lake Rest
Manor, thence S. 89°57'17" W. 13.19 feet along the North line of Waukau Avenue
to its intersection with the Easterly line of U.S.H. "45", thence Northerly 207.37
feet along the arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 1942.82 feet and
the chord of which bears N. 19°02'20" W. 207.27 feet, thence N 22°OS'48" W.
58.85 feet along the Easterly line of U.S.H. "45" to the point of beginning,
thence continuing N. 22°OS'48" W 60.95 feet, thence N 78°03'09" E. 458.40 feet,
thence N 62°13'32" E. 198.22 feet to a point 12 feet more or less from the waters
edge of a private lagoon, thence S 49°14'S8" E. 64.48 feet along a meander line
to a point 23 feet more or less from the waters edge of a private lagoon, thence
S 62°13'32" W. 230.17 feet, thence S 78°03'09" W. 456.00 feet to the point of
beginning, including all the land lying between the meander line and the waters
edge of the private lagoon.
Said parcel contains 0.96 acres of land more or less.
