BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this money shall then be used for the purpose of paying Oshkosh B-Gosh $10,000 for the renovation and remodeling of the old Guernsey Dairy Company building at the northwest corner of State and Otter Street. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to notify the appropriate HUD Milwaukee Area Office of this transfer. He does need fix-m estimates and a letter from your chosen contractor on the estimated costs on the exterior walls, entrances, etc. We will maintain a copy of this letter in our file as a reminder to make a submission the first week of July in all probability.
