BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the
Waiver of Special Assessment Notices and Hearing under Section 66.60 of the
Wisconsin Statutes, for sidewalk improvements in the UW-0 area, is hereby
accepted and approved:

The undersigned, owner of property benefited by the folloiaing
improvements to be made by the City of Oshkosh, 14inneba�o County,
State of ti9isconsin, to wit:
SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS - ALGOMA BOULEVARD, VINE AVENUE, ELMWOOD AVENUE�
AND HIGH AVENUE
In consideration of tiie construction or said improvements oy
the City of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, I hereby admit that such public
improvement will benefit said property and conser.t to tlie levying
of special assessments against the premises under Section 66.60
of the ti•�isconsin Statutes for tl�e cost of such improvements. In
accordance with Section 66.60 (IS) of the 19isconsin Statutes, I
hereby waive all special assessment notices and hearings reo,uired
by Section 66.60 of the tVisconsin Statutes; and i further agree
and admit that the benefit of my property from the construction of
such i�:provements is in proportion to tlie footage thereof:

Enclosed is a"Walver of Publlc Hearing" executed on behalf of the Board of
Regents of the Universlty of Wlsconsln System, for sidewalk repalr work on
Algoma Bivd., and Vine, Elmwood and High Avenues.
It is noted the repalr work estimated to cost 514,800 Is to be completed ihe
first week of June. It would be appreclated if the bllling for thls rork
would be submitted Immedlately upon completton. In thls way It mlght be
posslble to pay the Clty from 1982-83 approprlatlons. The new fiscal yeer
commences June 25, 1983, so the paper work rrould have to be completed before
that. Please Include wlth the btlling a copy of the Common Councll's Final
Resolutlon authorizing this repalr work. .
