PURCHASE OF INDUSTRIAL PARK LANDS
CITY ADMINISTRATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh
that the proper City officials are hereby authorized to purchase
approximately 19 acres of land in the North Industrial Park from
the Kleinschmidt Estate at a purchase price not to exceed $150,000.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Oshkosh that the proper City officials are hereby authorized to
transfer the sum of $150,000.00 from Account No. 310-550, General
Fund Equity, to Account No. 775-418, Due to Other Funds Industrial
Park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officials are here-
by authorized to accept the attached offer to purchase signed by Jack
D. Steinhilber and dated June 1, 1983.
