HomeMy WebLinkAbout32519 / 83-11w ^ July 7, 1983 (CARRIED LOST LAID OVER y 11 RESOLUTION WITHDRAWN ) PURPOSE: VACATE ALLEY ADJACENT TO 310 HIGH AVENUE INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: APPROVED 6-0 WHEREAS, it appears that the public interest requires that the following described alley in the City of Oshkosh be vacated and discontinued, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that a hearing on the passage of the following resolution shall be held before the Common Council in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, City of Oshkosh, Winne- bago County, Wisconsin, on the 18th day of August, 198z, at 7:00 P.M. of said day and the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to give notice of said hearing by personal service and publication of said hearing as provided by law: BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh pursuant to Section 66.296(2) of the Wisconsin Statutes, that it is hereby declared that since the public interest requires it, the following described alley in the City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin, be vacated and discontinued: The Easterly 5' of Lot 10 and the Westerly 5' of Lot 19, extending 130' north from High Avenue, W.W. Wright's 3rd Addition, lst Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin. Generally located immediately West of 310 High Avenue.
