PLAN COMMISSION RECOPQSENDATION: APPROVED: 7-0 WITH CONDITIONS BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the Extraterritorial Preliminary Plat known as the Honey Creek Estates First Addi- tion, described below, is hereby approved subject to the following condition: That the plat is approved contingent upon the following provisions which the subdivider will incorporate into the final plat: 1. Drainage systems as depicted in the grading and drainage plan. 2. Construction of street systems to City specifications. 3. Execution of an acceptable legal document ensuring construc- tion of curb and gutter. Upon annexation, said improvements will be constructed at no cost to the City. 4. Remove the objections from the Wisconsin Dept. of Transportation stated in its June 8, 1983, letter to the Town of Algoma. Description• Part of the SWZ and SE�4, Section 17, T18N, R16E, Town of Algoma, Winnebago County, Wisconsin. Generally located south of Aighway 21 at the southern end of Honey Creek Road. The Department of Transportation, Division of Highways and Transportation Facilities will review the plat if it is an "abutting plat" as defined by s. Hy 33.03 (3), Wis. Admin. Code.
