APPROVE EXTRATERRITORIAL PRELIMINARY PLAT
KNOWN AS HONEY CREEK ESTATES FIRST ADDITION
HONEY CREEK DEVELOPMENT CORP.
PLAN COMMISSION RECOPQSENDATION: APPROVED: 7-0 WITH CONDITIONS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the
Extraterritorial Preliminary Plat known as the Honey Creek Estates First Addi-
tion, described below, is hereby approved subject to the following condition:
That the plat is approved contingent upon the following provisions
which the subdivider will incorporate into the final plat:
1. Drainage systems as depicted in the grading and drainage plan.
2. Construction of street systems to City specifications.
3. Execution of an acceptable legal document ensuring construc-
tion of curb and gutter. Upon annexation, said improvements
will be constructed at no cost to the City.
4. Remove the objections from the Wisconsin Dept. of Transportation
stated in its June 8, 1983, letter to the Town of Algoma.
Description•
Part of the SWZ and SE�4, Section 17, T18N, R16E, Town of Algoma,
Winnebago County, Wisconsin.
Generally located south of Aighway 21 at the southern end of Honey
Creek Road. Honey Creek Road intersects with Highway 21.

The Department of Development certifies this preliminary plat as nonobjectionable. The
Department of Transportation, Division of Highways and Transportation Facilities will
review the plat if it is an "abutting plat" as defined by s. Hy 33.03 (3), Wis. Admin.
Code.
Local government units, during their review of the plat, will resolve,
that the plat:
- complies with local master plans, official map or subdivision control
- conforms with areawide water quality management plans, if sewered;
- complies with Wisconsin shoreland management regulations;
- resolves possible problems with storm water runoff;
- fits the design to the topography;
- displays well designed lot and street layout;
- includes service or is serviceable by necessary utilities.

COMMENTS FROM PRELIMINARY PLAT REVIEW:
s. 236.16 (1) The lots have the minimum width and area required by this section.
s. 236.16 (2) The streets meet the minimum width required by this section.
s. 236.20 (2) On the final plat, "Temporary Cul de Sacs" at the westerly end of
Honey Creek Road and at the westerly end of Scenic Drive must be
noted "by other instrument" or they must be included within the
exterior boundary as part of a lot, outlot, or public dedication.
s. 236.21 (2) (a) The current and correct state agency names are:
- Department of Development
- Department of Industry, Labor and Human Relations
- Department of Transportation, Division of Highways and
Transportation Facilities
(the Department of Natural Resources is not an objecting agency)
