GRANTOR, and the CITY OF OSHKOSH, a Municipal Corporation, located in Winne-
bago County, Wisconsin, Grantee,
WITNESSETH:
IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Doliar ($1.00� and other good and vaivabTe
consideration paid by Grantee, the receipt of wh�ch is hereby acknowtedged, tha
Grantor does hereby give and grant unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns,
an easement in, under and over the land hereinafter described, including the right
to enter upon said land for the purpose of constructing, maintaining, repairing,
and operating thereon a sanitary sewer and water main, over and thrc�ugh and upon
that certain tract of land situated in the City of Oshkosh, Winnebaqo Gounty�
Wisconsin, and described as fotlows:
A part of the SW� of the SW� of Section 15. T18N, Ri6E, T6th
Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin, described
as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the south line of the SW� of
the SW� of said Section 15 and the west line of Westfield Street,
thence N. 88°04'26" W. 729•00 feet along the south line of said
Section 15 to the point of beginning, thence N. 88°04'26" W. 6U
feet, thence N. 00°13`43" E. to the south iine of Taft Avenue,
thence east along the south line of Taft Avenue 60 feet, thence S.
00°13'43" W. 87.33 feet to the point of beginning.
North is referenced to the south line of the SW� af Section iS,
which is assumed to bear N. 88°�k�Z6" W.
Upon exercising any of the rights herein granted, Grantee shall cause the
property, soil and grass to be repaired and replaced in a condition similar to its
condition immediately prior thereto and Grantee obligates itself to pay to Grantor.
its successors and assigns, all actual damages caused by reason of the installation,
operation, repair or removal of said sanitary sewer and water main or the insiaTTa-
tion and construction of a subsequent sanitary sewer and water main through said
property.
IT IS FURTHER MUTUALLY AGREED that no building, tree or other substantial
or permanent structure shall be placed upon said property by the Grantor.
The Grantee hereby releases the Grantor from all debts, claims, demands,
damages, actions and causes of action whatsoever, which may result from said
easement heretofore granted by the Grantor, and further agrees to hold the Grantor
free and harmless from any claim for damages which may be made by reason of damages
or injury to persons or property connected therewith.

SUPPLEMENTAL TASK ORDER N0. 2

Howard Needles Tammen E Bergendoff
for
Consultant Services in Connection With
Improvements to the Sewerage System
-1.0 PURPOSE
The purpose of this supplemental task order is to
establish scope, schedule and payment provisions for
Step 1, the facilities planning phase of the program
as more specfficaliy described herein.
2-2.0 SCOPE
2-2.1 The scope of the work to be performed under this
supplemental task order shall be in accordance with
the general provisions described in the Agreement
between the City of Oshkosh and Howard Needles Tammen
� b Bergendoff, dated June 20, 1979, Article 2.i.2 and
2.1.2.1,
"Facilities planning phase. Upon receipt oF the City's
written authorization to proceed with the facilities
planning phase the Consultant shall:
"Prepare a facilities planning study and report in
accordance with the EPA Step 1 regula[ions, and as
further defined in supplemental task orders."
2-2.2 The Lonsultant will:
2-2.2.1 Prepare facilities plan
O1 Administration and Coordination
Establish an en9ineering team to prepare the facilities
plan. Meet at periodic intervals with City officials
to discuss problems and progress. Furnish written
monthly progress reports.
.02 Faci.lities Plan Introduction
Review all pertinent existing background information
including planning studies, sewer maps, photographs
and soils information.
