Upon receipt oF the City's written authorization to proceed with the facilities planning phase the Consultant shall: "Prepare a facilities planning study and report in accordance with the EPA Step 1 regula[ions, and as further defined in supplemental task orders." 2-2.2 The Lonsultant will: 2-2.2.1 Prepare facilities plan O1 Administration and Coordination Establish an en9ineering team to prepare the facilities plan. Meet at periodic intervals with City officials to discuss problems and progress.
