RE: Interior Design Proposal - Oshkosh Conference Centre
Uear Sir:
On July 15, 1983, members of our firm met with your selected architectural
representatives to discuss the Oshkosh Conference Centre project. We discussed
our company's potential opportunity to provide interior design and procurement
services for this project due to our previous selection as interior design agent
for the new Radisson Osfikosh Hotel.
We were asked to provide a proposal for your consideration to handle all interior
design/procurement requirements necessary to turnkey this project. Our proposal
is outlined as follows:
PHASE I - DESIGN
CSA, Inc. proposes to supply complete interior design services
including detailed specifications, working drawings, and design
administration to the Oshkosh Conference Centre project for an
hourly, not to exceed fee of $47,500. This would include full
kitchen design services and complete coordination with your
selected architects and the Radisson Hotel Management Company.
We would design to a mutually agreed to budget and work closely
with the Owner to program an acceptable Tevel of quality and
operational efficiency. I have ttached a copy of our published
hourly fee schedule for your review. We would provide a listing
of all employees assigned to this pro.ject and their levels prior
to beginniny the work. CSA, Inc. would require a$5,000 retainer
upon contract execution.
PHASE II - PROCUREMENT/INSTALLATION SUPERVISION
CSA, Inc. would propose to bid on the entire interior package on
an installed basis. Under this scenario, CSA, Inc. would buy-out
the entire design package and install same on the Owner's schedule
for a fixed and guaranteed price based on the completed design
documents and on a competitive and open bid basis, or:
