RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZE AUDIT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG)
AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT ACTION GRANT (UDAG) PROGRAMS
DEPARTMENT OF COMMU4ITY DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development requires
periodic audits of CDBG and UDAG programs; and
WHEREAS, Clifton, Gunderson and Company are under contract to perform
the general municipal audit with provisions for auditing CDBG and UDAG
programs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Clifton, Gunderson and Company is
hereby authorized to perform the necessary audits on CDBG and UDA6 programs
on a per hour basis, not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000). Funds are
hereby appropriated from Account #3z1-860 and Account #356-999.
