WAIVE BIDS AND REPAIR LADllER FOR FIRE TRUCK
FIRE DEPARTMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the
proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to waive bids and
purchase an AS 75 foot aerial ladder from LTI SERVICE CORPORATION, R.D. 112,
Cocalico Creek Road, Building Ik3, Ephrata, PA 17522, to replace the previously
damaged ladder at a cost of not to exceed $63,279.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that money for this purpose is hereby appro-
priated from Account No. 310-550, General Fund Equity, to be repaid out of
a future bond issue.
