CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
An Occupancy Permit is hereby granted for the pool and deck
located at 980 Nicolet Ave. , Oshkosh, Wisconsin as aescribed in
Building Permit Application number (s) 09528 .
NOTE: Any gates rea,uired shall be self closing and self latching and
any portable ladder shall be removed and secured away from the
pool during periods of inoccupancy.
A new Certificate of Occupancy shall be required prior to occupancy,
should the deck or pool be altered or moved. The use of land, or
building, shall not be changed until a certificate of occupancy is
issused for that occupancy.
