BE IT RESOLUED by the Co�non Council of the City of Oshkosh that the proper City
officials are herer�y authorized and directed to enter into the attached Fddendwn to the
Agreement Between the City of Oshkosh and the Catholic Cemetery Association of Oshkosh
for 1984 maintenance services.

ADDENDUM TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF OSHKOSH
____AND_THE CATFiOLIC CEMETERY ASSOCIATION OF OSHKOSH

Paragraph 4(A), (B), (E) and (G) entitled Agreement
Between the City of Oshkosh and the Catholic Cemetery Association
of Oshkosh executed by the partiee on Sebruary 22, 1980, is
hereby amended as follows:
Paragraph 4(A) 7. Delete phrase "however, the City of
Oshkosh may refuse to do so at its discretion."
Paragraph (B). 2'he Catholic Association will pay ta the
City of Oshkosh the amount of $22,714.OU, such payments to be
made in quarterly installments, Fayable by the 15th of the
month of each quarter and payments to be made at the Department
of Finazlae, City Hall, 215 Church Ave. Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
Paragraph (E). Add the words 8fter tree care, "ie. the
planting, removal, and disposal of all wood, limbs, and leaves
associated with the trees. This does not include fall lea£
pick-up.
Paragraph (G). This agreement and its terms shall e;cpire
on December 31, 1984.
