W�S• The undersigned, Donald C. Utecht, a resident of the City of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, here6y complains that David Steinert of 3131 Sheldon Drive, Oshkosh, Wisconsin, and Edward Steinert of 1732 Oshkosh Avenue, Oshkosh, Wisconsin, currently the license holders of the Combination Class "B" Liquor License issued to Steinie's Bar, 1304 Oregon St., Oshkosh, Wisconsin, has violated Chapter 125 of the Wisconsin Statutes and municipal regulations adopted pursuant to Chapter 125.10, Wis. Stats. The reasons claimed that such violations occurred is that during the period July 1, 1983, through the present the following complaints have been issued to the Oshkosh Police Department: Complaint /i Date Nature of Complaint 83018074 9/26/83 Loud Music (door open) 83012674 7/10/83 Loud Music (Door Open) (Drir.king on sidewalk) 83022199 11/26/83 Possible fight - problem originated somewhere other than Steinie's. 83021193 11/11/83 Fight across street involving motorcycle gang (2 arrests) 83019821 83019329 83018863 83017417 83017425 10/22/83 10/15/83 10/8/83 9/18/83 9/18/83 2 juveniles arrested for loitering, bartender arrested for allowing. Large group of neople milling on sidewalk outside. Fight - over before officers arrived. THIS IS TO ADVISE you that the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh will have a hearing to decide what, if any, action should be taken on your Combination Class "B" Fermented Malt Beverage & Intoxicating Liquor License issued by the City Council for the period beginning July 1, 1983 through June 30, 1984. The hearing has been called because a complaint has been filed by the Chief of Police of the Oshkosh Police Department in reference the operation of your licensed premises known as Steinie's tavern located at 1309 Oregon Street, Oshkosh, Wisconsin. YOU ARE FURTHER COTITLANDED to appear at the City Council hearing on January 26, 1984, at 7:00 P.M. and show cause why your license should not be revoked or suspended. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that if you desire to have witnesses subpoenaed in your behalf at said Hearing that said subpoenas will be issued by the Mayor of the City of Oshkosh and that evidence presented at said Hearing will be sworn testimony and will be presented to the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh; and further, that you will have the right to cross-examine the Chief of Police of the City of Oshkosti and any other witnesses presented. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that should you desire a verbatim, written trans- cript of said Hearing, you may have same, provided that you pay for the entire expense for same and notify the City prior to said Hearing. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that if upon the Hearing the City Counsel finds the complaint to be true, the license shall either be suspended for no less than ten (10) days nor more than ninety (90) days, or revoked. If the City Council finds the Complaint untrue, the proceeding wi11 be dismissed, without costs. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the procedure for judicial review of the findings of the City Council will follow the procedures set forth in Section 125.12(2)(d) of the Wisconsin Statutes.
